These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement. By creating a ck365 account or using the ck365 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree, you must not register an account or use the ck365 platform.
1.1 The Parties. These Terms constitute an agreement between ck365 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "the Platform") and you, the individual registering or using the ck365 website located at ck365.biz ("the Player," "you," or "your"). ck365 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform under an internationally recognised gaming license.
1.2 Entire Agreement. 1.3 Language. The governing language of these Terms and of all communications between ck365 and the Player is English. Where translations of these Terms are provided in Urdu or any other language for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.
1.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
1.5 No Waiver. Failure by ck365 to enforce any right or provision under these Terms on one occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision on any future occasion.
2.1 Minimum Age. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and use the ck365 platform. This age requirement is strictly enforced through CNIC-linked identity verification. Any account found to belong to a player who is under 21 years of age at the time of registration will be immediately and permanently closed. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited. Deposits made by underage players will be returned after deducting any applicable transaction costs.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The Player is solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are accessing ck365. ck365 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction. 2.3 Capacity. 3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to promptly update your account information if it changes. ck365 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated player information.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). In compliance with its gaming license obligations and applicable Anti-Money Laundering regulations, ck365 requires all registered players to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals can be processed. KYC documentation includes:
3.4 KYC Timelines. ck365 will use reasonable endeavours to complete KYC verification within 30 minutes of receiving complete documentation. 3.5 Account Security. KYC verification is not optional on ck365. It is a licensing requirement under the Platform's international gaming license and a legal requirement under AML regulations. 4.1 Currency. All transactions on ck365 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied to player account balances. The Platform accepts no liability for losses arising from exchange rate movements where a player's source of funds involves a foreign currency.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. ck365 targets the following withdrawal processing times from the moment a withdrawal request is approved:

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered across eligible games before a withdrawal request will be approved. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each offer at the point of opt-in.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on ck365 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. 5.4 One Bonus Per Offer. Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household address, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. 7.1 General Prohibition. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck365 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

9.3 Third-Party Content. All rights in third-party game content are owned by the respective rights holders. ck365 licenses these games under commercial arrangements with the applicable rights holders.

Past performance does not predict or influence future results. Players participate in all games and betting markets entirely at their own financial risk.
10.2 Platform Availability. ck365 endeavours to maintain platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical failures, third-party service disruptions, and regulatory actions may cause temporary or extended periods of unavailability. ck365 will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime except where caused by the gross negligence of the Company.
10.3 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of ck365 to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total value of that Player's deposits made to ck365 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. ck365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data provided by Players to ck365 is governed by the ck365 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ck365 platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 Data Sharing. ck365 may share Player data with third parties in the following limited circumstances: (a) with KYC and payment processing partners who require data to perform contracted services; (b) with regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies where legally required; (c) with fraud prevention and AML screening services; and (d) with successors in interest where ck365's business is transferred through acquisition, merger, or restructuring.
11.3 Marketing Communications. Where you have opted in to marketing communications at the time of registration or subsequently through account settings, ck365 may contact you with promotional offers, product updates, and relevant platform announcements. You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time by updating your preferences in Account Settings or by contacting ck365 support.
12.1 Amendments. ck365 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting player rights in a significant way — ck365 will provide not less than 14 days' advance notice via registered email or in-platform notification before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (e.g., corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter obligations) may take effect immediately.
12.2 Player-Initiated Termination. You may close your ck365 account at any time by submitting a written closure request via the live chat support channel or via email to the ck365 support address. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be satisfied and any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Closing your account does not relieve you of any obligations that accrued prior to closure.
12.3 Company-Initiated Termination. ck365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion where: (a) the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) ck365 is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; (c) ck365 reasonably suspects fraudulent or criminal activity; or (d) continued operation of the account creates a compliance risk for the Platform.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and all disputes, claims, and matters arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ck365 holds its gaming license. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between the Player and ck365 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the ck365 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally through good-faith negotiation. Where informal resolution fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the governing jurisdiction before any court proceedings are commenced.
13.3 Jurisdiction. For any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction as specified in these Terms. Nothing in this clause prevents ck365 from seeking interim injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect the Platform's legitimate interests.

14.2 Formal Complaints.
